Areas that we serve:

Alhambra - promoted as a "city of homes", with many of its homes having a historical significance. They include styles such as craftsman, bungalow, Spanish Mediterranean, Spanish colonial, Italian beaux-arts, and arts and crafts.

Baldwin Park - home to the first In-N-Out burger stand, opened on October 22, 1948. It was the first drive-thru in California and was replaced in November 2004 with a new building. The new In-N-Out University and company store opened in 2006 on Francisquito Avenue.

City of Industry - in 1957, the City of Industry was incorporated with a focus on business. The city's motto, “Jobs, Enterprise, and Regional Investment” reflects how business is at the core of the city's focus since its inception.

Covina - founded in 1882, Covina is seven square miles and located in the heart of the East San Gabriel Valley. Visitors enjoy “mom and pop” shops and can spend a nostalgic day in downtown dining in fine eateries, visiting vintage clothing stores, hobby shops, antique stores, and ice cream shops.

Diamond Bar - It is named after the "diamond over a bar" branding iron registered in 1918 by ranch owner Frederick E. Lewis.

East Los Angeles - not only the single largest Chicano/Mexicano population in the country. It is the largest Hispanic community in the United States.

El Monte - Historically, El Monte is known as “The End of the Santa Fe Trail,” and today the city's rich transportation history is reflected in a bustling transit center; the state-of-the-art El Monte Bus Station is the largest west of Chicago.

Monterey Park - home to many of California's firsts: California's first theater, brick house, publicly funded school, public building, public library, and printing press, which printed The Californian, California's first newspaper.

South Pasadena - called the City of Trees, the area is known for its stunning homes, unique small businesses, and top quality schools. South Pasadena's diverse population of about 25,000 occupies a mere 3.44 square miles of flatlands and hillsides on the west side of the San Gabriel Valley.

Rosemead - Frank Frost and Leonard Rose arrived in the San Gabriel Valley in the 1800s. Rose purchased 500 to 700 acres to breed and train horses and called his place Rose's Meadow, which was shortened to Rosemead and gave the city it's name.

Temple City - The town of Temple was founded on May 30, 1923 when approximately 285 acres of land were purchased by land developer Walter P. Temple. A one-year celebration for the Town of Temple took place in September 1924 with a rodeo and became officially designated as Temple City in 1928.

Walnut - was originally inhabited by the Indians of Shoshone origin. The Spaniards arrived in this area during the early 1800s. They started the agricultural development of the area and also began building home sites.

West Covina - was initially known for its walnut groves and orange groves through the early 1900s. And like so many others, West Covina became one of the fastest growing cities between 1950 and 1960 in the United States with the population increasing 1,000 percent.
